Point-in-time checks

Each result reflects the available data at the time the check is run. Results can change when policy records, vehicle records, or source data changes.

Attention states

Not insured, unavailable, pending, or unexpected results should be reviewed before a vehicle is used or released. The account area keeps those items visible for follow-up.

Credits

Fresh checks use credits. Account teams can choose credit packs, watch balances, and review check activity before scheduling regular checks.

Accounts

Access requests collect company details, a work email, and a fleet-size bracket. Account setup continues after email verification and company confirmation.
