What does MIDSure check?

MIDSure helps authorised organisations check and monitor vehicle insurance status for submitted registrations. Where enabled, related MOT and tax indicators can sit alongside the insurance workflow.

Who can submit a vehicle?

Only organisations or representatives with a proper vehicle administration reason and authority should submit a registration. Customers remain responsible for keeping lists accurate.

Is MIDSure insurance advice?

No. MIDSure is not an insurer, broker, insurance adviser, or law firm. Results are point-in-time administrative indicators, not policy confirmation or advice.

What happens when a vehicle shows not insured?

Treat it as an attention item. It may mean the vehicle is not insured, the data has not updated, the registration was entered incorrectly, or the result was unavailable.

How do credits work?

One fresh insurance check uses one credit. Accounts can top up with credit packs and use low-balance reminders based on fleet size.

Can teams keep reports?

Check activity can be kept in customer-safe records and reports for administration, billing, support, and audit needs.

Can I use MIDSure for client vehicles?

Yes, where you have authority and a proper administration reason for the registrations you submit.
